BRIDGE-BS is conducting a\u00a0Responsible Seafood Consumption Campaign<\/b> to promote and introduce the Black Sea\u2019s gastronomy and marine species biodiversity through regional seafood recipes.<\/p>

With this campaign, we intend to curate a collection of local, seasonal, and sustainable seafood dishes<\/b> that are currently being consumed or have become outdated due to changing consumer behavior or limited fish stocks. Our goal is to compile these culinary gems into a recipe book<\/b>, celebrating the rich gastronomic traditions of the Black Sea region.<\/p>
