Hosted by BRIDGE-BS partner HCMR, a three-day online training session was held, focusing on the environmental eDNA metabarcoding method. The event brought together experts from the BRIDGE-BS and DOORS Black Sea experts to delve into methodological standards and molecular techniques for analyzing benthic fauna, pelagic flora, and fauna.
Participants gained valuable insights through real-world case studies and advanced their practical skills during a hands-on data analysis session. This training not only enhanced their technical proficiency but also fostered a deeper understanding of the application of eDNA metabarcoding in environmental research.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101000240.
