The program aims to make the candidates be able to use the theoretical and applied knowledge at the level of expertise acquired about seafood processing technology. As an outcome of the program, the students will be able to create new knowledge by integrating the knowledge about seafood processing technology with the knowledge from different disciplines; to be able to solve problems that require expertise by using scientific research methods.
